: True sciatica is the result of nerve origin pain. If present for longer than a couple of weeks, it rarely is due to persistent inflammation. Persistent pain suggests nerve damage. Diclofenac is an anti-inflammatories and not expected to work. Anarex is for muscle origin pain and not expected to work. Tramadol has weak properties for controlling nerve pain. The best choice is the anti-seizure meds

Need additional eval: Sciatica is mostly caused by disc pathology such as a herniation or an annular tear.  When sciatica becomes refractory and lasts more than 6 weeks despite medication, then you need to seek medical attention.  Commonly you will be evaluated by MRI to see what the issue is along with a physical examination.  Tramadol is an opioid medication that should be taken under the direction of a physician.

i have a left side nose bleed when i blow my nose, i am on ultram 50.diclofenac 75.is this the cause only on my left side, and it does not last more than 2 or 3 seconds

Hello : Hello i can't tell you the cause of your nose bleed. However since it is only one side, you may have a friable blood vessel in that nares, that bleeds from the added pressure when bearing down to blow your nose.

hi, i am desperate for a pain killer, life is just so restricting without pain relief. i am 69 female with severe lower back pain. i take diclofenac tramodol and paracetamol for pain. i also take 50mg sertraline. would naproxen help? there is nothing sugi

Different drugs...: Carprofen is now used primarily in the veterinary field, but it is available and can be taken by humans.  Tramadol is used primarily for acute significant pain. They should be taken together with caution, using the tramadol only when needed for moderate to moderately severe bouts of pain.
