Neurofibromatosis: Neurofibromatosis type 1 and 2 are conditions caused by genetic reasons. Unfortunately, there is nothing you can take for these conditions. Treatment is only symptomatic, meaning if you had a tumor affecting your vision you can get a surgery and if you had seizures you can take anti-seizure medications.

Hard to tell what: Without being able to see it, or to know if you have a sore throat, fever, swollen lymph nodes or other findings, it could be many things.  Should let your local primary care physician take a look.  It may be a yeast infection, in which case they may want to do further testing.

Protein supplements : The values you posted are in normal ranges. Taking  protein supplements while working out helps to add muscle to your body.  It has less of an effect on your blood work.

i've had sinus tarsi syndrome since 2021 but i don't feel the pain all the time only when i'm active. physical therapy has not been helping, how can i get my provider to request surgery. do you feel sharp dull pain all the time with sinus tarsi?

: Was the cause injury or overuse? Symptoms are usually persistent.  Perhaps you'd do well to see a specialist in sinus tarsi syndrome at the department of podiatric surgery at a university hospital near you to evaluate you &amp; discuss treatment options. Hopefully conservative treatment will help as recovery from surgery is prolonged.

Other concerns: It may not be interactions but rather allergy to either one. The concern is it may not even be that but other problems such as virus infection especially due to immunosuppression. It is best to see your doctor to have it diagnosed. Allergies usually itch not hurt.

Hello. : Hello. Don't know how long you have been vomiting for. If you feel lightheaded or dizzy with going from a lying to stitting position or from sitting to standing that could be a sign of hypotension. If your fasting pulse rate is rapid (ie 120), especially if you pulse rate increases by 20 or more when getting up, those are signs that you are likely significantly dehydrated.  If this is the case, recommend that you do go to the er or an urgent care clinic (that can give IV fluids) for intravenous hydration. They will also be likely to give you medication to help with your vomiting.  You sound like you feel miserable. I hope you are feeling better soon. Take care.

l-tyrosine claims to improve memory, fatigue, and depression. i want to get off of cymbalta& adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) bc i hate dependency. is l-tyrosin the answer?

Not likely: I am not sure that you will notice an enormous improvement with l-tyrosine.  However, you may be able to reduce your reliance on medications through gains in psychotherapy or neurofeedback interventions.  I wish you well and good luck!
