Confirm with doctor: You will need to confirm the test results with your doctor. The units of measurement need to be viewed with those numbers . The Rubella levels likely mean that you are immune. The HSV titers likely show a past exposure to herpes but without the units of measurement I can not be sure. Neither of these will affect your ability to get pregnant or impact miscarriage risk.

PCOS: You need to find a Gyne-Endocrinologist to work with, someone who understands PCOS and how hard it is to conceive with this disease of hormonal imbalance and infertility. It takes a special doctor to manage PCOS, but women do conceive successfully under the proper care. Ask specifically for this type of specialist, you may need to change your OB for this, but it's worth the effort

Unlikely: IgG level elevation only signifies exposure to CMV, your pregnancy would be at increased risk with an IgM spike which signifies a primary infection which a fetus has no immunity against. Your CMV IgG is protective to your babies and is a positive sign.  I'm always thrilled to give folks good news !

Common test: A miscarriage may or may not be due to an infectious process. The torch panel of tests (several) looks for evidence of a recent infection that may have caused the loss.It is only one piece of information that may or may not explain your loss.

Toxoplasmosis is a parasite infection, all the others are infections caused by viruses. Evidence of a  torch infection may be looked for in a mother who has a miscarriage or delivers a baby who is small for gestational age.

Infectious Diseases: Torchs tests for various unusual disease such as toxoplasmosis, other, rubella, cytomegalovirus, herpes, syphilis. Mowt persons do not get these diseases but if they do-they may endanger the fetus. Ob's always test for immunity to rubella and the test for syphilis is always done. Igg is an antibody that shows that the person was exposed at one time. Igm looks for a recent infection.

Not needed: If you did a TORCH titer 6 months ago PRIOR to the miscarriage 4 months ago and it was negative, it is unlikely that value should change in just 6 months. However, if you are having anxiety about this question, ask your MD to repeat the test.

Toxoplasma IgM: that is a borderline increase, but needs to be looked after and repeated, could just be false positive, common with IgM as it is very sensitive, very early to talk about whether your baby is affected, IgG is negative, talk to your doctor and keep a close follow up , your doctor will give you more information, wish you healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby,
