Not needed: If you did a TORCH titer 6 months ago PRIOR to the miscarriage 4 months ago and it was negative, it is unlikely that value should change in just 6 months. However, if you are having anxiety about this question, ask your MD to repeat the test.

No: I don't recommend TORCH titers for patients with a missed abortion. If you had a positive result on your first test, you might need to follow-up on that. But if you first test was negative, I wouldn't repeat it unless your doctor has a reason for doing so. Best wishes!
