Sometimes: Prednisone can cause both bone and joint problems.  If you have had long treatment courses of prednisone, it could weaken the bone and make you more susceptible to stress fractures though I would expect some pain with weight bearing. Bone cysts unlikely in your age group. As always , if pain persists, see your doctor.

AC joint: Sounds like your acromioclavicular joint. There are exercises you can do for this online. Icing helps. Avoid over-the-shoulder exercises.

No: This is either a tiny fracture or bruise. Near bone these calcify. If you feel well otherwise, it is your decision whether to get seen for imaging. If it grows or becomes very painful get seen.

Sounds more like the: surgery may not have the best result. If due 2 failure of a soft tissue repair, steroids in my opinion would not B indicated as they do have adverse effects on soft tissue.

i have sudden pain top of right breast bone.pain is constant, also feels tender to touch and worsens when i extend my arm forward should i be concerned?

Be concerned: There may be a pulled nerve in your neck causing a "peripheral neuropathy" that worsens when you extend your arm forward.  See a neurologist.   An MRI might be ordered to find the nerve that is being pulled or compressed.

intense sugar craving and bad gas upon consumption of any type of sugar (fruits or refined even bread) also bloating and cramps, constant stomach sounds (intestines) itch on hand feet top of my head and bad dry skin (dehydration). bone pain and nick.

Keto diet?: Not sure if your issue is allergy or gluten sensitivity or what, but a trial of low or no carbs in the diet should alleviate much of your discomfort. Get together with registered dietician or GI doctor and fix your intake to something you can live with, also suggest daily probiotic to reduce bloating and cramps

Treat the cause: It depends on why you have bone pain. Did you break a bone? Is there infection in the bone? Could there be a tumor? It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. You should see your doctor for determining the cause. In the meantime you may take acetaminophen for pain, no more than 4 grams/day.

No: If one has hepatocellular carcinoma and now with bone pain- , work-up like bone scan should be done to rule out metastatic disease to the bone

Deep : Depending on who is using the term, bone pain can be used to describe a pain that seems very deep, as opposed to something more superficial, or the term can be limited to pain that arises from the bone itself.  There are other potential causes of deep pain other than pain from the bone including pain from a pinched nerve in the back (radiculipathy).

Ischial bursitis: Possibly ischial bursitis.  This would be pain on either side of the two boney part that touch the chair directly below us.
