Need more rest: Depending on the reason for your symptoms, a weekend may not be sufficient to achieve complete recovery. Continue rest, ice, and antiinflammatories. If symptoms are unbearable or worsen then see an orthopedic surgeon for clarity in diagnosis.

Sore wrist: This is not a normal reaction to tattooing pigment.  If you were allergic or infected there should be pain, tenderness and swelling with redness.The procedure may have stirred up a carpal tunnel syndrome where numbness of the fingers could be a clue. For that use a wrist splint. Does not sound like a complication of pregnancy. Send more info since many Dxs cause these symptoms.

i need help getting rid of my elbow stiffness and bicep soreness?  too much arm curls done.

Tylenol, (acetaminophen) nsaid, time: If your elbows are stiff and sore from too many arm curls, i suggest tylenol, (acetaminophen) nsaid's (ibuprofen, aleve, etc), rest, and time. Following this approach, your symptoms should be better within a week. If they are not, then we need to rethink the cause of your complaints. In this case, a trip to your doctor would be in order.

Time can heal: It sounds like the sneeze clearly strained something &amp; started the pain, &amp; the fact that it is improving is a good sign.  If you continue to improve slowly but surely &amp; continue to have normal strength in arms &amp; hands without numbness it is reasonable to give more time. Pain : Pain in the muscles can be caused by nerve root irritation, fatigue, electrolyte imbalance (sodium or potassium), and sometimes a cause cannot be found. Rest and cool or warm packs often helps muscle pain.  The patient should be sure that they are well hydrated.   If a patient had difficulty walking, weakness, numbness, or other neurologic complaints then then they should have a medical evaluation.

Cut back: Decrease the weight and repetitions, until symptoms dissapear or improve, but do not stop. Gradually increase reps. And weight  over time. No more than 2-5 lbs per week. Keep reps. At 10-20.
Massage the muscles after every workout, and increase protein intake.

Rest your arm: Muscle sprains are common, resting the affected muscle(s) is important, cold compresses may help to, alternating with warm compresses, in addition to nsaids, unless contraindicated, if no improvement see your doctor, good luck
