Numb: This  sounds like 2 different problems .  Your first best solution is to see your podiatrist for an exam .  Possibilities include neuroma, and old trauma or fungal infection to the nails.

a peice  of furniture fell on my toe years ago and now my toenail  is black. no pain at all. how can i cure this?

Subungual hematoma: If the discoloration is from the injury, the cause is bleeding underneath the nail.  The nail may need to be removed to allow for new healthy nail to grow.  If the discoloration began some time after the injury, i would advise having a physician take a biopsy of the nail to rule out melanoma which can cause a similar discoloration of the nail.

hi, my wife and i did  stand up paddle board this morning before 12pm - she fell, hit her foot on the board but no pain  until 4. throbbing  now?

Possible fracture: This should be checked out.  If there is "pin-point" pain of the area, there is the possibility of a foot fracture.   The other option is to ice it for the first 24 hours, keep off the foot for a few days and see if the pain remains or if it resolves rather quickly.  Overall, pain and swelling that remains in the local area should be checked out if it is still significant after 48 hours.

a nail on my foot was peeled from the root suddenly and naturally. looks it fell. no pain. no damage in these months. do i need vitamin or anything?

See details: If you cannot walk but truly have no pain when you try to walk, then you have an unstable knee. This is usually a tear and needs orthopedic evaluation and treatment.

Need to examine: If you fell down three times in one day, that needs to be evaluated and that can only be done by in-person history and physical examination. It would be prudent to see a doctor before you hurt yourself.

Smething new!: May not be related to teh twisted  ankle directly. I would look for another injury, a gout attack, etc.  You may need  an MRI of the foot to see if there is an undetected  fracture

Likely: However, it may grow thick. You will only know when it grows back. I would recommend applying an antifungal agent to the nail bed as sometimes after injuries to the nail a fungus can grow.....This way you attempt to prevent this from happening.
