Muscle fatigue : Muscles cramp  when they fatigued. This often happens when your feet are not properly supported, causing them to be overworked. Switching to properly supportive shoe gear should help. If not, see a podiatrist to discuss custom biomechanical orthotics. Also, stay well-hydrated and consider electrolyte replacement if you are exercising.

Magnesium: One of the most common causes of cramps in the toes, feet, and calves is magnesium deficiency. This deficiency can also cause coldness of extremities, migraine headaches, pms, "brain fog", difficulty breathing, anxiety, and other symptoms. Taking 400 mg of magnesium oxide, chelated, or another form of magnesium (with food) can help relieve all these symptoms.

Bilateral symptoms rarely indicate sciatica or related spinal conditions.

Cramps: Cramps  in your arches and toes can be a sign of poor circulation in which you can soak your feet in warm water and 2 tablespoons of epsom salt every night for 20 mins. A blood test to rule out diabetes also good.

This condition may be reducing blood flow to your heart and brain, as well as your legs.

Stretch them: Either extend them or pull them up with your hands or push them down on the floor as if you are propulsing. This will usually work.
