If related to menstrual cycle, common causes include endometriosis, dysmenorrhea, pelvic inflammatory disease (unlikely if not sexually active), and interstitial cystitis (usually associated with urinary symptoms). Abnormal urinary sediment could be contamination from vagina or represent a urinary problem such as a UTI. Recommend gynecology evaluation.

Urine color: Most of the time if peoples urine is very yellow it is because they are slightly dehyrdrated. If the quantity of urine hasn't decreased and there isn't any pain or feeling sick that is probably what is going on.  If it persists or there are other symptoms then the person should see a doctor to have their urine tested.

See below: I'm going to assume you are referring to blood on the paper after a bowel movement accompanied by anal pain.Blood most likely is from a slightly bleeding hemorrhoid. Pain may be coming from a small clot in a hemorrhoid.  Try an OTC hydrocortisone/lidocaine cream and follow the advise in the following link. Rule Out Pregnancy: Light brown blood after urination can be a sign of early pregnancy. If it is possible, you can easily rule it out by home urine pregnancy test, which have become very reliable. If test is negative, repeat after one week to be certain. If still doubtful, a blood test at your doctor's office would provide definitive answer.

Yes: This sound very likely to be a UTI.  The symptoms of UTI include the following: frequency, urgency, dysuria and suprapubic pain.  Infections can get worse and cause fever, vomiting and back pain. This is usually associated with an ascending infection.  Some degree of bleeding can happen with UTI. i started on biaxin (clarithromycin) xl for a sinus infection. i was urinating and went to wipe and noticed red blood on tissue and in toilet. is this a side effect?
