See answer: There are many causes of pelvic pain. If related to menstrual cycle, common causes include endometriosis, dysmenorrhea, pelvic inflammatory disease (unlikely if not sexually active), and interstitial cystitis (usually associated with urinary symptoms). Abnormal urinary sediment could be contamination from vagina or represent a urinary problem such as a UTI. Recommend gynecology evaluation.
