Urine color: Most of the time if peoples urine is very yellow it is because they are slightly dehyrdrated. If the quantity of urine hasn't decreased and there isn't any pain or feeling sick that is probably what is going on. If it persists or there are other symptoms then the person should see a doctor to have their urine tested.
