Hot limbs : Most humans develop tired feet at some point in their life. But it usually improves with rest, elevation, foot message, soaks. Hot feet is less common and may be indicative of a nerve disorder such neuropathy. See your regular doctor for a hands on exam and possibly nerve studies, podiatry or neurology referral. Having &quot;hot hands&quot; many be a good thing, but not hot feet so get it checked soon.

Probably not: But they could be symptoms of circulatory problems in the legs, either in arteries or veins.  If it's been a while, see your doctor, get your pressure checked, and your circulation checked.

Cold is better: For inflammation. for an acute tendinitis u would benefit from ice packs. Rest, elevate, and ice. If the tendinitis has been there for longer than a few days, u may want to alternate between hot and cold.

No simple answer: You list a wide range of symptoms that may or may not be related. You need a comprehensive physical exam and blood and urine testing and probably a chest x ray. You should seek out a primary care practitioner near you.

Foot type?: Sometimes your foot type will have something to do about it. For example, those with flat feet or people who hyper pronate will often have tired feet at the end of the day. Try standing up and looking at your foot to determine what kind of arch you have. This needs to be done standing. If you notice you pronate or foot moves into a more flatter position try wearing an arch support.

So many things: Possibilities include a neuroma, nerve entrapment, diabetic or peripheral neuropathy, athletes foot, tarsal tunnel syndrome and a host of other things.  Tiredness could indicate a lack of support in your shoes and standing too much.  Consider an arch support.  You are 66, so you probably have medicare.  Consult a podiatrist.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated.  Wish you good health!

Not here: Even if it were it would not work but only on the eye and not have the same effects as the tablets
