Hot limbs : Most humans develop tired feet at some point in their life. But it usually improves with rest, elevation, foot message, soaks. Hot feet is less common and may be indicative of a nerve disorder such neuropathy. See your regular doctor for a hands on exam and possibly nerve studies, podiatry or neurology referral. Having "hot hands" many be a good thing, but not hot feet so get it checked soon.

Good footwear.: The first thing would be to make sure you have adequate footwear. Shoes and sneakers need to be well cushioned and properly fitted. Bad footwear can easily give you these feelings in your feet. If this does not help, see a Podiatrist for a good foot examination - arch, instep, width, and bony alignment problems.
