i have small hard bumps that swell harder and bigger then regular and is moveable in my mouth.painless when i move them when i let go they go back to same spot they were.is this cancer?or something not as serious.my dentist is closed due to covid

Watch and wait: What you described does not seem to be a cause for concern. If the bumps ulcerate, lymph glands in you neck get large, you have difficulty eating, have fever or lose weight, see your doctor.

Sore Gum: red spots as well as white spots on the lining of the mouth and gums can be caused by viruses. Best to have your PCP check and make sure. Medication may help.

i have a small bruise in the back corner of my mouth and my side of my tongue has been hurting, and there has been a small white spot that keeps coming back on my tonsil, do you know why?

: No I do not. This has to be examined and probably tested  for it could be an infection or something else. so pl see an ENT doc. in the meantime warm salt-water gargles several time a day might help. good luck
