Spinal = spinal tap?: If you mean spinal as spinal tap, consider this- a persistent CSF leak can cause a headache with standing that is relieved with lying down.  This is a common but under recognized problem after a spinal tap.

Tingling in one shoulder blade however is hard to explain.  Why did you have a spinal tap?  Perhaps an answer lies there.

lately i've had this on and off weird tingling type sensation in my right shoulder blade area.. it happens a couple times a day.. what could it be ?

Mononeuropathy: It sounds like a small nerve is acting up.  Sometimes this can happen due to injury (which i assume you didn't have) and sometimes due to medical conditions.  If you don't have any other health problems, and you otherwise feel well, it is reasonable to watch and wait.  If it persists over time, or becomes worse, you should see your doctor for a basic checkup.

Tingling in shoulder: Could be from pinched nerve or  nerve irritation in  spine ( how were you sleeping?) Vitamin deficiency ( B12 -if vegan an issue), or even could be from gallbladder or colon-gas, constipation ( referred pain)  very very rarely MS. For  gas , or constipation-try maalox/ milk of magnesia (magnesium hydroxide)  x 2 days ,  if positional due to spine- try  ice /warm compress  motrin ( if no allergy), F/u with doc

Muscular?: What kind of activity do you do.? Could this be related to martial arts or some type of running or exercising type of activity. If it has persisted this long and continues to be bothersome I would call the doc and see if an appt is available. Does not sound serious but can get treatment that may be helpful Must also consider pleurisy that is not related to muscle but may be an infection in chest.

See doctor: Sounds entirely musculoskeletal in nature as opposed to neurological.  Start tracking the differences in physical activities and positions of the left shoulder and back together with periods of pain and discomfort.  You will then, take this completed diary to someone's attention.

Multiple: There are many reasons that this could happen but an overuse injury from repetitive motion such as shoveling or repetitive lifting over your head may have caused the problem. Another source could be from trauma, where you recently in an accident or accidentally hit up against a wall?. If it persists, you should seek professional advice from your family Doc initially

Many Possibilities: This could be  muscle, tendon, bursa  or  nerve involvement.

It depends on what effects  these  symptoms - how are they brought on,  what  makes these worse and what  makes them better. This  will be evaluated by  your physician as to the cause of these  symptons

Irritated Situation: If you have a cardiac condition, consult your physician for help.  Cardiac symptoms differ for different people.  Be safe rather than sorry.  Alternatively, peripheral nerve entrapment from the scapula can cause this and even impingement closer to the spine along a specific dermatome (sensory path on the skin).  Lastly, shingles (chicken pox) can cause symptoms anywhere along a nerve on the back.
