Tingling in shoulder: Could be from pinched nerve or nerve irritation in spine ( how were you sleeping?) Vitamin deficiency ( B12 -if vegan an issue), or even could be from gallbladder or colon-gas, constipation ( referred pain) very very rarely MS. For gas , or constipation-try maalox/ milk of magnesia (magnesium hydroxide) x 2 days , if positional due to spine- try ice /warm compress motrin ( if no allergy), F/u with doc
