Lately i've had this on and off weird tingling type sensation in my right shoulder blade area.. it happens a couple times a day.. what could it be ?

Mononeuropathy: It sounds like a small nerve is acting up. Sometimes this can happen due to injury (which i assume you didn't have) and sometimes due to medical conditions. If you don't have any other health problems, and you otherwise feel well, it is reasonable to watch and wait. If it persists over time, or becomes worse, you should see your doctor for a basic checkup.
