hurt my neck 2 days ago. i have numbness and tingling but its also a symptom of my panic attacks. i bumped head into wall. it wasnt hard at all. ?

Cause?: You appear to be asking for the cause of your symptoms.  As you have identified, it may be your anxiety/panic attacks.  However, depending upon symptoms it might be a disk in your cervical spine.  It may also be a mild concussion even though you do not feel the blow was hard.  You need to be seen to make this differential diagnosis.  Conslut your doctor.

i have paresthesia in my head after a head injury another symptom i have is little emotional response and when i do feel emotions i feel a electric tingling feeling all over my head. any idea of what this can be ? had mri and came back negative

Normal: Glad your MRI was normal.  This means no major structural problems.  However,  the brain is a massively electrical structure and head injury disrupts your wires.  Expect symptoms for a week or two.  Other variables to consider would be exposure to EMF and perhaps electrolyte problem.  Low magnesium common.

Headaches are: unusual for stroke but tingling/numbness on one side of the head is definitely suspect.  Though there are other things that could cause numbness tingling, such as atypical migraine or neuralgia/ facial nerve paralysis.  Please check with your healthcare provider and get the help you need, but be calm and don't worry as much.

i used to have weird head sensations. numbing, tingling, and a slight burning sensation. when i would have bad anxiety it felt like my head was bleeding. do you believe these past symptoms could be associated with anxiety? or underlying conditions?

Maybe!: Your symptoms could have been due to anxiety. But it is very important before ever accepting a mental health diagnosis, to be sure that you do not have a physical problem that may be causing your symptoms or making you anxious! So get an exam and appropriate testing by your doctor to be sure there is no physical problem that needs treatment or makes it harder for you to cope.

Many possibilities: Most people get a headache at some time, such as from colds, infections, lack of sleep, too much driving, long hours on the computer, stress at work, etc... A bad or increasing headache, recurrent headache, weird headache, or with other worrisome symptoms (such as in this case) needs evaluation by one's doctor. A patient can help by writing down a timeline of his symptoms to show his doctor.

i have a overactive thyroid. medicine for 30days now. everything going well. now have tingling back of my head and lips. no other symptoms. is it the medicine or my thyroid or something else? i feel fine otherwise?
