I have paresthesia in my head after a head injury another symptom i have is little emotional response and when i do feel emotions i feel a electric tingling feeling all over my head. any idea of what this can be ? had mri and came back negative

Normal: Glad your MRI was normal. This means no major structural problems. However, the brain is a massively electrical structure and head injury disrupts your wires. Expect symptoms for a week or two. Other variables to consider would be exposure to EMF and perhaps electrolyte problem. Low magnesium common.
