Uncertain...: it's unlikely did 20 that you have any serious problem. Perhaps you did some activity that irritated a shoulder or nerves. If the problem continues you should see a doctor to make sure that there is not a serious problem.

Ok: Your symptoms do not sound very concerning for cardiac disease considering your young age.  Your symptoms may be related to electrolyte imbalance, nerve problems, musculoskeletal issues, or anxiety.

Sounds benign: From a very minimal description your symptom seems quite benign (at least from a neurological point of view). However if this is something brand-new or even if not ; you can reproduce the feeling in a specific position over and over then, a visit to your doctor may help  figure out what it is. My bet is that you will find this thing disappear  as mysteriously as it came on. Good luck.

Does not sound anything seriou: Your primary care physician may give you more answer after examining you . Could be coming from rib sprain. I wouldn't be very concerned with your age and not having any other risk factors for any heart disease..

Tingling upper chest: is it front or back? Could be muscular, or even reflux or vascular.  or from impingement ( nerve irritation in shoulder/ neck disc  compression), or lesion or even TMJ Rarely MS. Could try Ranitidine(reflux)  and motrin/aleve( for impingement/muscular) if not allergic and see if helps.  Consider CXR( r/o lung/lesions) and then  echocardiogram if everything else is negative F/u/ w/ doc

tingling in left arm since waking up all day, shoulder to finger. few small red blood vessel visible below skin on left side of chest. heavy legs with little pain in both legs. could this be linked?

See a neurologist: If all the symptoms in left arm and legs started the same day then it could be serious i.E possible cervical cord compression along with pinched nerve roots in the neck.

: All those could be subjective symptoms which can be felt in people with anxiety about their health. To rid off this obnoxious feeling you need to see a doctor who will thoroughly exam you and rule out any heart condition which you are afraid of.
