Sounds benign: From a very minimal description your symptom seems quite benign (at least from a neurological point of view). However if this is something brand-new or even if not ; you can reproduce the feeling in a specific position over and over then, a visit to your doctor may help figure out what it is. My bet is that you will find this thing disappear as mysteriously as it came on. Good luck.

Nondiagnostic: This is a nonspecific symptom and may be some minor irritability in a superficial nerve or chest wall muscle. It doesn't sound like a serious problem, but see your physician if the symptom persists or worsens.
