: There may be multiple options if any thing is needed at all, but sorting this out would all start with a good physical exam from your gynecologist after the exam, they may be able to assist with your potential options are. Good luck.

Probably Not.: Repair of the hymen tissue will simply bring back the  edges of the disrupted tissue  to one another. Therefore i would not “guarantee  tightness".  Discuss your questions/concerns with your plastic surgeon. Make sure that you are not referring to vaginal tightness  which will not change with surgery done to  reapproximate hymen tissue.

Hymen dimensions: A hymen is a tissue which joins the sides of the vaginal canal. It is usually torn with the first intercourse or other trauma to the area.  With sexual activity, there is plentiful vaginal mucous produced which is a natural lubricant, allowing penetration of the penis to seem "easy".

: If there is no hymen, whether it was never formed or lost it should pose no problem with sex. If a significant ring of tissue remain, the effect would depend on the amount. If 2 or more fingers together fit through the opening it is doubtful sex would cause pain. However, pain is a subjective issue &amp; some will find it when others do not.

: Maybe. It would depend on how much hymen remains and whether it interferes with intercourse without further tearing. Some women are born without one or loose it in non sexual activities. Only you know if you have had past partner sex. Bleeding at sex is not a realistic marker for virginity although many assume it is so. There are other forms of partner sex that would not alter a hymen.

Hymenectomy: Like any surgery, there is a risk of scar formation, however, when done right, the risks are small. The benefit of the surgery is to open the hymenal ring to allow your menstrual bleeding to emerge unobstructed. The procedure is fairly quick and recovery is swift if you are a healthy person

Simple procedure: I can't give specifics but it will take longer to sedate you and wake you up after.They don't want you to fill your stomach because the you can throw up  while sedated and your sedated body cannot keep the throw-up  from going into your lungs, a potentially fatal complication. Follow their instructions and you will be safe.

i have developed white ring like something on foreskin which gets more white when erect, due to which  foreskin get tight. but still it's retractable, but it gets more difficult to retract when erect. is this something to worry? give nonsurgical sol?

: Consult a urologist for evaluation and advice. You may have a condition called lichen sclerosus which, if not treated early, can lead to severe tightening of the foreskin leading to need for circumcision in the future.
