If there is no hymen, whether it was never formed or lost it should pose no problem with sex. If a significant ring of tissue remain, the effect would depend on the amount. If 2 or more fingers together fit through the opening it is doubtful sex would cause pain. However, pain is a subjective issue & some will find it when others do not.
