Bending: Stretching exercises that bend, extend and twist at the waist are good starters. Don't bounce when you stretch though. Stretch as far as you can, then hold that position for a count of thirty seconds, then try stretching farther two  more times in the same directions. Don't just stretch in one direction, but try to stretch you back in all directions. You can find some good  stretches on the net.

Pain on breathing: Follow up today, as soon as possible  in ER. Could be asthma  or pneumonia, gallbladder or pleuradynia but could also be clot in llung. Breathing is critical  so go to an ER now.

May be: Exercise will help all of these issues. Raising core body temperature through exercise relaxes muscles.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

Tight back muscles: Stretching exercises e.g. Gentle yoga would probably be of benefit to you.  Also check your posture standing and sitting.  Also check how you work with computer etc.

Stretch: Long term answer is low back strengthening through therapy and exercises, but if you are currently suffering you should start with rest.  Take anti inflammatories, rest at least for 8 hours (sleep) and then perform stretching exercises to help take away your muscle spasms.    If this does not help you you may need a short course of muscle relaxants.

Cracking: The noise elicited from rolling shoulders can come from the shoulder joint or the scapulo-thoracic joint( shoulder blade rubbing against ribs, and is a normal variant unless it is painful.

i'm not able to exhale fully. my back muscles are tight, i have rounded shoulders and forward head posture. does this have anything to do with it?

More info needed: How long has this been going on?  Do you exercise?  Have any history of asthma?  Try taking a hot shower and see if this helps your "tight" back muscles.  The warm moist air will be easier to breathe.  You really should see a physician and describe these symptoms to the  doctor who can examine you.

Needs evaluation: For these symptoms, one should be evaluated by a team consisting of a pulmonary doctor, a neurologist and perhaps a cardiologist. One must distinguish between serious neurologic problems such as ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis) and more benign problems such as deconditioning, emphysema, etc.

Indirectly: It may be the opposite, that foot pain may cause back strain.  But if you have tight lower back muscles, it can indirectly lead to foot pain by compensation during walking.
