Probably: Doe to retained clot and a small ulceration in the overlying skin. Usually this is not new fresh bleeding but the result of the body trying to dissolve the solid clot for reabsorption but as the clot is gradually liquified it leaks out through the ulceration. It is usually not dangerous but can cause a nuisance of spotting for 7-10 days or until the clot is gone.

Office procedure: Hemorrhoid banding is an office procedure where the doctor actually places a very small specialized rubber band on an internal hemorrhoid to ligate the vein and cause the hemorrhoid vein to collapse and seal shut. It is for internal hemorrhoid treatment.

Itching, pain, more: Hemorrhoids are like varicose veins of the rectum. They can swell and bulge, and - when irritated by the passage of stool - bleed. People with hemorrhoids are often a bit constipated, some or all of the time. Hemorrhoids can itch as they heal, and when they bleed, they result in everything from dots of bright red blood on the toilet paper after wiping. Get an exam, and don't ignore rectal bleeding.

Depends: If this is an acute thrombosed hemorrhoid with swelling this usually resolves in a week or so on it's own.  For more chronic problems see a colon and rectal surgeon for evaluation, and depending on anatomy they can offer you the best treatment . Ps also need evaluation to assure that these are indeed hemorrhoids and not something else. Hope this helps.

Superficial or deep?: I assume you are asking about a venous thrombosis (vt).  There are two kinds, superficial (svt) and deep (dvt).  An svt can be more symptomatic than a dvt.  With svts, people usually have pain, warmth, redness, and swelling over the affected segment of vein, or at least part of it.  Classically, the symptoms of DVT include swelling and pain, but often there are no symptoms at all.

Ultrasound: Dvt or deep vein thrombosis is often diagnoses with an ultrasound of the affected limb.  If the clot is suspected to be in the lung then a ct scan can be used.  These scans can also be used to scan the legs as well.  If you are concerned about having a DVT then you need to be seen by your pcp for further evaluation.

Hemorrhoids.: Eat fiber, more fluids and otc Hydrocortisone preparation if needed.

It depends: For deep vein thrombosis systemic anti coagulation is best. The mainstay is Heparin followed by coumadin (warfarin). However their are several newer options. The newer options have advantages and disadvantages.  
For phlebitis/ thrombosis in a superficial vein the treatment depends on the size  location of the thrombosis/phlebitis systemic anti-coagulation is used or sometimes less aggressive treatments used.

could i have a thrombosis with no symptom?

Thrombosis: Depending on where the thrombosis is, etc, you may need treatment to prevent a more serious condition such as a pe, mi, or stroke, etc.  Best for you to discuss with your doctor what treatment you need, if any, depending on the severity and location of your thrombosis (even without symptoms).
