Hemmorhoid treament: If all other conservative measures have failed surgery is the correct option it can be done via thd as well speak with a surgeon you trust to decide.

Rubber bands: Hemorrhoid banding involves placing a rubber band on the INTERNAL not external hemorrhoid which causes it to necrose/dry up and fall off.
