having throbbing pain behind right ear lobe since yesterday and now the pain has spread to the cartilage around my entire ear, what could it be?

It could be an infec: Need to see an specialist. It could be an infection, abscess and needs to be treated with antibiotics and or drained as well.

i have a sharp throbbing pain behind my right ear. had a ct done and it was negative.  they dontknow what is wrong. what could this be. going on 4 wks?

Good question: This could be muscle or nerve, or even joint pain referred to that area. A pain doctor should be able to help.

i have pain the back of my neck that feels like a spasm but if i turn either way i feel a sharp burning pain run up the back of head and behind the ear. its a throbbing pain that lasts ten mins n them i get pain behind my eyes n forehead ?

Occipital nerve: It appears that the occipital nerve, which exits the neck vertebra,travels up the back of the scalp all the way to the forehead, is either being pinched by a disc bulge or spur, or is irritated causing neuralgia. A neurologist is best to evaluate and advise you and order appropriate tests which may include an xray or MRI of the neck.

Pain: May be TMJ or inflammation of the temporal artery. Start with warm compresses and ibuprofen but if it persists you should see your doctor

hi, i currently have an ear infection in my right ear, and since i've been taking the ear drops the pain and migraines seem to get worse. also recently i have had a throbbing pain in a tooth on the upper left side. is this normal?

Unrelated: Throbbing tooth pain may be tooth infection (abscess) or infected sinus.  Opposite side ear infection needs more aggressive care.  See BOTH Dentist and ENT specialist.  Don't expect crossover care, you need to see practitioners of both disciplines.  Your two separate infections require immediate aggressive care.

Muscle pain: this is typical muscle pain.. Please use Tylenol (acetaminophen) if your liver is Norma and use ibuprofen if your kidneys are normal and no history of stomach ulcer.. Massage should also help

Head trauma: Any head trauma needs to be taken seriously. Depending on how hard the trauma was, a fracture can occur and/or blood can pool quickly: local swelling under skin (hematoma); under skull; in brain causing a concussion or worse. Ice lump and call your PCP asap.
