Might by heartburn: Sometimes acid reflux from the stomach can present like this.  However, it can also be a sign of a more serious condition.  I would either see your doctor or try a short course (1-2 weeks) of antacid therapy and if no better than see your doctor.

can an off and on sore throat be related to c5 disk problems and stenosis? occurs same spot lower left about the size of a quarter. no known reason. endoscope clear. ongoing for years. same side as shoulder/back pain?

: A neurologist would be best to answer whether a C5 disk pressing on a nerve root could cause such a localized throat discomfort. Certainly neck pain and discomfort in the shoulder,arm &amp; hands are common  Perhaps the throat symptom is of muscular origin.

sharp-tight pain up under left rib & in left shoulder blad worse if eat. keep clearing throat but nothing there. bloods xray scan all clear ??

Pancreatic problem : If u drink alcohol stop. U may have kidney stones. I may need an endoscopy to look for a stomach ulcer . Try to take OTC Prilosec for 2-3 days and see if pain improves .drink lot of water but not with meals . Check if have blood in urine ,it may be a left kidney stone sometimes

Pinched nerve: Because patients having cardiac problems can have these symptoms, you should have this ruled out.  But the most common cause is an irritation of a nerve in the neck by a bone spur or herniation that can cause pain or numbness that runs down the arm into the hand.  An MRI can usually show the cause of the problem if it does not resolve.  Thank you for the question.

Time to see your Dr: I'm trying to follow what you are saying, but one thing is clear.  Something is not right.  Many of the symptoms you describe may occur from hormonal or vitamin issues, but they also could be signs of a more serious problem.  Ask to be scheduled for a comprehensive physical and some lab work.  Good luck.

Not direct relation: left shoulser pain most likely has no relation to your throat or your ear 
shoulder pain is musceloskeletal problem joint tendons,and muscle
ear and throat pain is upper respiratory in nature varied from allergy to virus to bacterial infection

fri and sat my balance was off, my head felt dizzy as well.sat night my right ear pained & my throat was sore on right side.sun my throat was more sore and now i have pain in my left shoulder when i breathe. what could it be? i'm worried its clots?

: These symptoms warrant an examination by a physician. Viral infection of the throat &amp;inner ear symptoms first and now shoulder pain with a deep breath points to possible early pneumonia involving the left lung base. Pulmonary embolism is less likely. Testing will most likely involve throat culture and chest x-ray. Your MD can advise re covid testing.

chest pain and chest tightness. i've had all heart tests done except cath. which doctor wont do. this pain is even in my left shoulder and arm and throat gets tight. even had cta. anxiety?

Most likely: It would be helpful to know which specific tests you've already had since "all heart tests" is rather vague. If ct angiogram is normal, then it's doubtful that catheterization will find anything different & new to explain your symptoms which can be caused by anxiety. Why not talk to your family doc about your symptoms & consider empiric treatment for anxiety? Of course, optimize risk in meantime.
