i had surgery on my shoulder yesterday today my thighs hurt when i get up or sit down is this normal ?

Thigh pain: Shoulder surgery is often done in the 'beach chair' position. It can be a little awkward as a position, and, you were probably in it for at least a couple hours. In addition, if you were intubated on the drug succinylcholine, that can also cause muscle soreness. So yes,  it can be a 'normal' pain. It should go away over the next few days.

why are cysts formed i had one cyst on my thigh which was growing very big  i removed by surgery but is there a chance of occuring again why are they ?

Cyst: Some people tend to get clusters of sebaceous cysts.

Impossible : First. I know of no physician that would recommend surgery to 'remove thigh fat'. 

Second, if you are unwilling to make changes in your life and lifestyle then you will not make changes in your physique.

Odd are, unrelated: Unless you were positioned in such a way that your low back or hip/thigh itself were strained it would be quite unlikely to be related.  Realize, if you are having any bothersome pain that persists or is causing some level of dysfunction, you should seek an in-person evaluation.

Access to gym?: Most large gyms have machines that isolate (/focus on) the quads and biceps femoris and would not impact your ankle limitation.

Foreign Body: You should discuss this with your doctor and get imaging to better visualize the material. It may be indicated to remove the foreign material or just leave it alone.

I would tell doctor: You don't want to have developed a deep venous thrombosis (dvt).   You need to discuss with the doctor who did the surgery.

Body lift: Without actually seeing pictures, i can't tell you for sure.  But a body lift procedure can be anywhere from 3-10 hours.

No: Just don't be to aggressive you should be fine. Plenty of people have intercourse with bone grafting you should be fine.

Hard to say: The nerves at L5 and S1 travel down the back and not the front of the thigh, so it may not be related to the surgeon.  Problems in the hip joint can cause anterior thigh pain, as can inflamed lymph nodes among other possible causes.  I would schedule a fu appointment with your surgeon and he will likely be able to determine the cause.
