im having really bad lower pelvic pain and pain in my thighs for the last 5 days. im not sure if i need to go to urgent care or not but it really hurts?

: Any new or unexplained abdominal or pelvic pain needs medical attention, and with such severity you definitely should be seen before the weekend. If your personal physician can't see you, urgent care is the place to go. Some of the possible causes are potentially severe, like appendicitis and pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) if you might be at risk for STIs. Good luck.

pelvic pain for over a week spreading to lower back butt hips and upper thighs? what can be the cause of it?

Need more info: Unfortunatley, not enough info here to even guess at the cause. Your age? Sexual exposures like new partners etc? Vaginal discharge or bleeding? Altered menstruation? Fever? Diarrhea or other GI symptoms? In any case, any new or unexplained pelvic or abdominal pain should be professionally evaluated. If severe or if any fever, do it immediately; otherwise, still do it within a day or two.

i had my annual papsmear/ pelvic exam on thursday.ever since i've been having pelvic pain that shoots down inner my thighs .i was having pelvic pain a couple years ago that cleared on it's own.i feel like this reactivated something.is this permanent?

: Sometimes a pelvic exam can irritate the local nerves and muscles. Try ibuprofen and warm tub baths for a few days. If not better pl see your Gyn. Hope you do well

does colon cancer cause pelvic pain that radiates down the front of my thighs?

Colon cancer: That is confined to the colon would not do this. If spread to bones or nerves or nerve roots, it could. It would be very unlikely as a presenting symptom.

had tubes tied, afterwards pelvic pain both my upper thighs have been hurting only in the evening/night. sharp/achy like. is it a muscular problem?

Timing: If you just had your surgery, then the pelvic pain is probably normal healing.  If it has been a while, then i would think this is more a muscular problem. 

I would need a little more info to be more helpful. Is it assoc with your period? How many days does it hurt? Anything make it worse or better?

Your doctor might be able to isolate what is hurting with a good examination.

Ovarian cyst??: No period for 4 months means that you haven't ovulated for 4 months.  Not ovulating can result in continued stimulation of the ovaries, which may result in an ovarian cyst.  A cyst can cause pelvic pain.  I would see your doctor for evaluation.

See your GYN MD: You need to see your GYN MD and be re-evaluated for the radiating leg pain.

can prostatitis cause pain coming directly from testicles (bilateral), thigh pain, upper left sided pelvic pain and/or varicoceles?

Prostatitis: While prostatitis can cause referred pain to many areas such as the testes and pelvis,  is unlikely that all of the symptoms you describe are from prostatitis.   Varicoceles have no relation to prostatitis.
