A member asked:

Does colon cancer cause pelvic pain that radiates down the front of my thighs?

Colon cancer: That is confined to the colon would not do this. If spread to bones or nerves or nerve roots, it could. It would be very unlikely as a presenting symptom.

Not usually: This would not occur from an early stage colon cancer. If you get screened as recommended with a colonoscopy then no colon cancer should be able to grow large and quick enough to cause these symptoms which would result from a tumor invading into nerves and spreading to other parts of your body.
