Musculoskeletal: 19 yo female w. "pelvic pain radiating down thigh to knee" has pain pattern compatible w. musculoskeletal disorder; likely within pelvic girdle. Intra-pelvic tissue disorders usually do not have this pain pattern. Sacroiliac joint disorder is consideration; w. concern for Hypermobility Syndrome potentiating. Sacroiliac joint disorder is highly associated w. sciatica, which seems operant here.
