my head is itchy lots! i found 1 dead bug combing through my thick curly long hair. it was long and skinny. i have a rash on the neck. what bug?

Possibly lice...: Lice start out as eggs, but they can hatch and become long and narrow bugs. That would be the most likely answer, but you really need a dermatology evaluation. Treating it is complicated, because you need to use the right shampoo to kill it (http://www.ridlice.com/lice-killing-shampoo.php), AND you need to properly wash and/or dispose of linens, stuffed animals, blankets, etc.

Skin tags: Not usually. But sometimes a person can have filliform warts inside their nose. See your doctor or a dermatologist to check them out.

Genes?: Do  or did any of your family members have greying at your age or earlier? It could possibly be just genetics.  Stress plays a huge factor as we'll.  if you can diminish your stress level, that will be a first step.  Secondly malnutrition can cause greying, meaning not eating nutritional meals. Thirdly defieciency in zinc has been shown to cause early greying.

You may have eczema: Scally red skin is usually sign of eczema. You have to see a dermatologist or oculofacial plastic surgeon. The treatment can be as simple as mild topical steroid cream.

Mupirocin usually wo: rks there.  It is a one/day antibiotic. If it doesn't go back to your doc.

Nose: It might be since shingles occurs where a nerve is and that nerve in the face is the trigeminal nerve.

i had rhinoplasty 2 months ago (which included a graft of ear cartilage). there are 2 or 3 small patches of what appears to be dead skin on the middle of my nose. is this normal or abnormal? thank you?

I would check with the surgeon who knows the normal course of events in people like you who live where you are.

what would cause little white worm like things to appear all over (eyelids, inside nose ans mouth, skin, legs, arms....) causing bruising and tenderness in parts of.leg and arms, and little red bites?

Lining change: If there is  white tissue inside the nose then it usually is a lining change, squamous metaplasia, that forms on an area that is constantly irritated.  It is a protective response.  Often there are yellow to bloody crusts that cover these areas because this area no longer can clean itself.  Suggest saline 3x daily followed by sesame oil.
