Possibly lice...: Lice start out as eggs, but they can hatch and become long and narrow bugs. That would be the most likely answer, but you really need a dermatology evaluation. Treating it is complicated, because you need to use the right shampoo to kill it (http://www.ridlice.com/lice-killing-shampoo.php), AND you need to properly wash and/or dispose of linens, stuffed animals, blankets, etc.
