Tubo-ovarian abscess: Drainage of an abscess is ideal therapy assuming that they are large enough to drain appropriately, that the surgical procedure will not do more damage than benefit, and that the lesion is small enough to respond to antibiotic treatment without the necessity of drainage.  This is often a clinical decision making process and why doctors need so much time in training.

Shoe related: If the blister reappeared on the same the same spot, it is most likely caused by friction and likely culprit, in this case, is your shoes. 
Try wearing high toe box shoes or open toes shoes if you can for a while until blister resolves. 
Also if you have any deformities such as Hammertoes, mallet toes, they could be the underlying reason why you are getting recurring blisters on the same spot.

Symptoms?: Oxygen saturation is fine. What are her symptoms? Make also sure that Palliative Care gets involved early based on treatment plans. Reason is twice, improved symptom control and  better understanding of goals of care. I do not see any reason to call the doctor right away, however a timely followup will definitely help.

Drained knee?: I'm not sure what you mean but if you put something sharp in and caused fluid to come out and now . . . This is an infection until proven otherwise. Go in now!

Below: IF the pain is the eyes, now with drainage==this prob is a conjunctivitis.

It could have started with allergies.
The Zpack will not help allergies, or conjunctivitis.

You need an exam to make the correct DX.

Hypothyroidism: These could all be reasons as well as lab results as to why you were started on synthoid.  If persistent, contact your PCP.

Need pain meds: Post incision and drainage may have pain. If worsening return to the urgent care center or call them.

: If the bleeding is worsening then you could ask for help to go to Urgent Care or call 911 for an ambulance.

Yes: Yes, it's safe to take an Excedrin once in a while for migrane/ tension headache. But if you have frequent headaches and have to take it regularly, get checked by your doctor first. Also, chronic use of Excedrin is also not good as you may develop tolerance or a rebound headache. Good luck!
