I had a laparoscopy done on the 16th of this month and i noticed a hard knot on the belly button. today 25th my belly button started bleeding. went to my dr they said that it's possible just fluid and blood draining, to call my surgeon in the morning?

If the bleeding is worsening then you could ask for help to go to Urgent Care or call 911 for an ambulance.

You need to be examined by your surgeon. Any fever? Lightheadedness? Abdominal pain? It could just be superficial
