A nuclear perfusion study could show the rest and exercise blood flow to the area as well as other parts of the heart. A ct angiogram could show the vessels to the area. Best to discuss with your dr. There are lots of options.

That area of the heart however is difficult to interpret and perhaps the reading is debatable.
