Non-specific: There are many different names for this that is seen on MRI of the brain in normal adults. Initially there were called ubo (unidentified white objects) and currently called non-specific abnormalities which depend on how widespread can be a variant of normal, seen in patients with migraine headaches, lyme disease and possibly in patients with mild demyelinating dx.Talk with your doctor if concerned.

These: Lesions could occur over the years, but migraines may increase their presence. Unless clinically relevant, ms and sle also could explain these as well as hypercoagulable conditions.

MRI: The mr imaging described are likely age related changes in the brain and not uncommon in a person your age.

And the question is?: The top layer of skin cells may peel off after a 2-4 days, after any inflammation (such as skin swelling, a sunburn, a friction burn, or perhaps waxing). The peeling may be less noticeable if one had used Hydrocortisone cream from the start of the inflammation, through the 2-4 days until the peeling. This is because Hydrocortisone decreases inflammation in the skin. The drug is for short-term use.

Talar dome lesion: This could indicate a possible talar dome lesion.  Talar dome lesions are usually caused by an injury, such as an ankle sprain. If the cartilage does not heal properly following the injury, it softens and may break off. Sometimes a broken piece of the damaged cartilage and bone will “float” in the ankle.

seven yrs ago i had an mri of skull base. "superior portion of my clivus extending to posterior aspect of sphenoid sinus and sella. mri--generally low t1 high t2 signal intensity." most of lesion no enhancement. could this get worse in 7/8 years?

Probably Degen Disc: Loss of disc t2w signal indicates drying out, loss of some water content, commonly seen with intervertebral disc degenerative changes.

Brain MR: It is difficult to answer your question without looking at the entire MRI. Increased signal intensity on T2 and FLAIR means that there is a bright region within the right insular cortex, which usually means there is either fluid or less commonly blood product in this region, but this is nonspecific without knowing the findings on the rest of your MRI. Mucosal thickening=sinus walls inflamed.

i have ms, what does few scattered foci of increased t2 signal intensity in the white matter mean from an mri report mean?

Confirmation: If you have confirmed MS from other tests like a lumbar puncture and characteristic changes in your CSF, as well as clinical history that supports the diagnosis, then the foci of increased T2 intensity in the white matter may just be the areas in your brain that are being affected by the MS. Keeping track of these and their progression can help determine the progression of your disease.
