gastroscopy to check my stomach and duodenum. samples were taken and initial diagnosis of gastritis and duodenitis. are samples checked for coeliac?

Biopsy 4 celiac.: Biopsy samples of the duodenum should evidence findings consistent with celiac disease, as long as the samples are taken from the appropriate area, which may then depend on the GI doctor's clinical suspicion of celiac disease.   Generally speaking, though, a suspicion of celiac disease can be confirmed histologically.

how to fix that?

Check for h. pylori,: You should see a doctor and get checked for a bacteria called H. Pylori.  This baceteria can cause stomach ulcers = if  you have it you will need to take antibiotics to treat it. YOu can also start taking peptobismol.
For the gas, try activated charcoal.

they saw duodenal atresia in bubs stomach and may of been related to downs but now there is no downs so what happens next?

Duodenal atresia,...: Or congenital blockage of the duodenum (1st part of the intestine beyond the stomach) can be associated with Down syndrome (trisomy-21) or occur by itself. Surgery is necessary in the first couple of days after birth to open up the duodenum so that the baby can feed and grow.

Should have seen ok: Most of the time, even if there is some food in the stomach, the endoscopy can be completed and the duodenum visualized adequately.  Certainly a biopsy for h.Pylori could be done. If there is a lot of food present often the stomach can't be examined well and the scope may need to be repeated.

Probably stomach: The most commonly ulcerated area in the upper GI tract is in the first part of the small intestine called the duodenum. This pouch empties the stomach and where most ulcers occurs.  Stomach ulcers are less common, and if do not heal properly, need to reevaluate.  Could be gastric cancer, lymphoma and other possibilities. See the gastroenterologist.

About the same: Regardless of size or location, if you really have an ulcer (found by x-ray or endoscopy) please seek doctor's advice. Even small ulcers can bleed (sometimes massively), perforate, obstruct stomach emptying. Sometimes, an ulcer can form in a cancer so to avoid this possibility it is important to make sure at least gastric ulcer actually heals. Relief of ulcer symptoms doesn't always mean healing.

endoscopy showed low enzymes level in duodenum. i had no symptoms other than stomach pain and its now gone. anything i need to do about those enzymes?

Enzyme deficiency: Low pancreatic enzymes in the duodenal juices indicate pancreatic insufficiency. This is manifested by   inability of the body to absorb nutrients causing diarrhea and weight loss. Malabsorption of fat soluble vitamins D, A, E  and K occurs.  I assume alcohol abuse hasn't injured your pancreas. I recommend taking pancreatic supplements if your MD also agrees it's advisable.

i had endoscopy. i have gastritis and mild duodenal villi blunting. some bile was found in stomach. no celiac disease. what could cause this?

Unclear.: There are many potential causes of gastritis, including bacterial infection and medications. The other findings, duodenal villi blunting and bile in the stomach are nonspecific. Regardless, the only way to sort out what is causing these problems in you is to follow up with your endoscopist. It is very likely  that he took biopsies or other tests to try to sort this out. i have a duodenal ulcer can i do stomach or any other kind of exercise??

Of course.Just remem: ber to avoid Aspirin,Advil,Aleve,and other similar drugs and be sure to take your Dr's prescriptions for healing.Be sure you were tested for H pylori.This makes a difference on proper treatment.

Yes: Ulcers are the result of the loss of the normal protective lining...Permeability will increase until the ulcer heals.
