Yes: There are many conditions that can cause dryness of the forehead. It could simply be dry skin or conditions such as seborrheic dermatitis. Therefore, it's important that you call and make an appointment with your primary care physician. Most of these can be properly diagnosed and treated with a brief visit.

Lotions/ metabolism: If germ overgrowth is unlikely, the other two issues that come to mind are the things we put on their skin or the odor from the sweat they make. I find some lotions will sour over time & leave a musty smell. Some kids with metabolic issues can have a mouse urine like smell or maple syrup like smell to their sweat.If the lotions or other skin treatments are not an issue i would let your dr know.

: It depends on why the skin is peeling. Did you have a sunburn? Could you have nutritional deficiency? Take multivitamins in case you have a deficiency and apply an emollient. If that does not help, it would be prudent to see a doctor.
For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, no tobacco alcohol or drugs.

i was cooking fish, and the hot oil splashed and burnt my forehead. at the time i rubbed the affect area and notice skin peel off. now part of my forehead has the epidermis removed (a different color) is this a serious burn or just a first degree?

: It is not likely to be a first degree burn. Please see urgent care right away for treatment. There is a special burn cream which is available with a physician's recommendation. Discuss a Tetanus shot and COVID-19 booster at the visit.

i began using the ordinary aha30% bha2% peeling solution, the ordinary niacinamide and head and shoulders smooth and silky shampoo on my forehead for fungal acne. it's been a week and i started noticing more acne on my chin and forehead is it normal?

Avoid head shoulders: Don’t use head and shoulders - it is toxic and destroys good microbiome that are needed to maintain skin health.  Use a gentle soap like dove.

Stop using them: Of you developed rash after using all 3 , then you should stop using them and once resolves may introduce one after the other to check what are you allergic to. Meanwhile if rash are itchy try OTC Benadryl (diphenhydramine) cream and Hydrocortisone cream for NO MORE than a week. If spreading and painful you should seek medical advise to make sure you do not have infection.

Maybe: The swelling of your face could be related to sun exposure but it could be due to other issues.  See a regular doctor.

EyeThinkYouNeedADoc: Putting that all together, except the itchy scalp, I'd suggest you get yourself checked for inflammation of a small artery on that side (near the temple). That could be signalling a deeper problem that could affect your eyesight (your eye is already hurting, right?). I may be wrong and I hope I am. But get to your doctor tomorrow for an exam and maybe a blood test or two. Better safe than sorry.
