I was cooking fish, and the hot oil splashed and burnt my forehead. at the time i rubbed the affect area and notice skin peel off. now part of my forehead has the epidermis removed (a different color) is this a serious burn or just a first degree?

It is not likely to be a first degree burn. Please see urgent care right away for treatment. There is a special burn cream which is available with a physician's recommendation. Discuss a Tetanus shot and COVID-19 booster at the visit.
