Can't be done: Seek good nutrition in a balanced, sensible diet. Tea doesn't have much in it for nourishment.

It depends: You might be referring to milk possibly inactivating the flavonoids (catechins) or antioxidant effects of tea.  Some studies show this, even though in many parts of the world it's common to have milk with tea.  http://www.npr.org/blogs/thesalt/2012/09/27/161895873/health-benefits-of-tea-milking-it-or-not   the same might be true with eating cheese.  You still get some, if not as much, benefit.

what's your opinion on moringa olfeira? i've heard it's great to boost supply and nutritional value of mothers milk but i also read that women of child-bearing age shouldn't take it?

Never tested.: It's widely used as food and folk medicine in many places in the world, but it has never been systematically tested for safety. The "boost supply and nutritional value" experience comes from mothers whose own nutrition was inadequate until supplemented with moringa; there is no evidence it will do the same for otherwise well-fed women.

Tannins?: Probably an ingredient which is buffered by the milk.

Yes: You will save 240 calories if you have skim milk, more if it is whole milk. It is not good to skimp on protein. Eat lots of vegetables and salad to lose weight. No junk food.

can we use milk replacer like almond milk, soye milk instead of anyother milk in the tea or coffee. ?

Coffee lightener: Of course.  Taste will vary, but it works well.

Calories in n out: See the excellent answers on "weight loss".  You basically need to burn more calories than you take in.  Increase your exercise, choose healthier, less-caloric foods and drinks.  If u put milk in your tea the switch may not help.   Tea alone would be lighter.   And don't focus too much on weight.  Focus more on pants-size, etc.  Muscle weighs more than fat but that's ok--its good wt.

Not on weight: A small tea has a very small amount of caffeine, usually less than 50 mg, and milk doesn't have any caffeine. This is not a large amount of caffeine. There are people who think that we should have no caffeine ever, at all. There is no scientific basis for that. Small amounts of caffeine do not appear to be harmful. The huge doses being hawked in 5 hour energy etc. May be harmful to some people.

a lot of tea cafes are serving non-dairy milk to make "milk teas" but how does that compare with the pros and cons of drinking real milk as in lattes?

Personally: I would never accept non dairy milk creamer in anything.  A bunch of chemicals with preservatives and artificial white color.  UGH!
Ask for real milk (cow, soy, nut) just about anything else is healthier for you.
