Depends on you: It's a pretty healthy drink (tapioca in tea, bubble tea) but it does have both milk and sugar. If you have lactose intolerance it could give you diarrhea and gas, and if you are diabetic it could be giving you too much honey or sugar. I don't think tapioca can hurt you. But don't drink it to the exclusion of healthy foods!
