i have heel pain and foot pain on the outside of foot immediately in front of the heel.  it seems to get aggravated after running or being on my feet.

A lot there.: It sounds as though you are speaking of the area around the base of the fifth metatarsal, cuboid, calcaneus junction. A lot can be going on there including but not limited to inflamed fascia, tendon, an accessory bone or even a stress fracture. You best bet is to see a specialist for an evaluation to sort out all the possibilities.

the arch of my feet hurt so bad. i use arch support in shoes what else will stop the pain. i have to stand 60 hrs a week. please help. :(?

Hard to say: If you have a severe flatfoot or pes planus problem, you may need custom orthotics.
If you already have them, you might need different shoes which may also help.

i have foot pain when i step on it. i did not hurt it though. what should i do? i started having pain on the 18th of march 2012.i am not able to run or balance on that foot.also it is my right foot.

It's : It's hard to give you a meaningful answer without knowing what part of your foot hurts, how the pain feels, and whether there is any redness or swelling.

But whatever is up, it's not normal, so the best advice i can give you is to see a podiatrist, get an x-ray and a good examination, and i'm sure you'll be back on your feet again soon.

Can be many things: Including tendonitis, stress fracture, spurs on top of foot (dorsal exostosis). I would recommend a visit to the foot doctor of your choice for definitive diagnosis and treatment.

This : This sounds like an acute flare up of a condition known as plantar fasciitis.There is a band of thick tissue called the plantar fascia that runs across the bottom of your foot, it connects your heel bone to your toes. Often times this band becomes tight and inflammed thus causing heel and arch pain. 
This condition requires a lot of treatment and supportive care. Visit a podiatrist(foot doctor) for assistance. In the meantime take advil (ibuprofen) for pain and inflammation, request physical therapy, and buy a pair of orthotics. You may need custom orthotics in the future.

ok so i'm a rower and my feet hurt every time i use a rowing machine but not in a boat. it hurts in the balls of my feet and along the arches?

You would need to : Provide more info such as what do you wear on your feet when you are in the boat if anything vs the machine? Is their any difference? Also, what is the difference between the boat and the simulator in terms of how the feet are positioned?

my feet hurt tremendously on the lateral sides. (mostly the right foot) my pinky toes turn out, can this be the cause? the pain is terrible.

I am not sure what: is meant by pinky toes turn out. Pinky toes can have an adductovarus rotation where the nail portion actually faces in not out. The middle portion of the toe bows out. This can be repaired with a hammertoe procedure known as an arthroplasty where a piece of bone is shaved or cut out.
