: This is little or no risk for tetanus, and most people are still protected from their childhood vaccinations. Nothing to worry about.

Pobably the stress: Even a needle can distress some people. If there is an unknown risk factor (e.g. Minor genetic) it could be the "last straw on the camel's back". Overall good health is the greatest protection.

Nothing more than ..: Local pain at the injection site.  Very infrequently, some individuals who get too many tetanus shot experience serum sickness-like symptoms, e.g., fever, joint swelling, and rash.

: If you have had your childhood immunization including the DTP series, you should be adequately protected; having just received a tetanus shot, you will not need another for many years.

It's the same shot: There is NO difference between the "emergency" tetanus shot and the preventative one - they are the exact same shots. However, there is a product called tetanus immune globulin that can be used if someone at high risk is actually showing signs of possible tetanus. That is very different altogether than the vaccines, and the tow are never interchangeable.

No: Your immunization should be good for ten years unless you have a deep penetrating high risk wound in which case you hold get. Booster.

i used to take tetanus vaccine after every 4 5 days for an year even for minor wounds. can taking too much vaccine cause any problems? or dangers?

Overkill: tetamus boosters are usually good for upto 10 years- no need for monor wound vaccination: discuss with your PCP.
