Check for torsion: Although uncommon, testicular torsion (twisting) can be dangerous. Go see a doctor to rule out tumor or twisting of testes.

Herpes: Herpes when it  appears looks like a cluster of blisters, usually with a red or golden center. They are very painful. What you describe above is not likely to be herpes.

Yes: Usual incubation is 7 days but can be 2. Prodrome is more associated with RECURRENT herpes than with primary.

Not herpes: If this were herpes, blisters and then open sores would appear within 3-5 days, and would always occur before burning or tingling, not afterward. Difficult to assess: Visualization of the bumps would likely be necessary to determine the true cause, since the symptoms you are describing are not consistent with one over the other.  Herpes lesions are typically blistered or ulcerated (open), while razor burn/folliculitis lesions appear more as red pimples.  Folliculitis however, does not usually cause referred pain, while herpes often does.

Herpes simplex: Herpetic lesions usually occur in clusters, begin as vesicles (blisters), are often quite tender and painful, break down and form shallow ulcers.  Without seeing these impossible to diagnose, but this doesn't sound anything like herpes simplex.

Herpetic sore on han: Verify the diagnosis and that not foot mouth/ dermatitis herpetiformis, chronic vesicular hand dermatitis,pompholyx, prophyria, pemphygoid .if herpes do not touch eyes,leads to eye infection. If recurrent herpes, consider lysine 500 mg a day for  prevention  or Valtrex/ Acyclovir x 1 year.Consider underlying conditions that cause recurrence( like autoimmune dx). Follow with dermatologist

Could be herpes: symptoms vary more in men than women.  Your best off getting seen very soon, so medication can be started if it appears to be herpes.

: Those are not symptom and sign of oral herpes (herpes labialis) and the duration does not fit. New lipstick, new toothpaste or new oral product could be the cause. You should see an ENT doctor if symptoms persist.
