Not herpes: If this were herpes, blisters and then open sores would appear within 3-5 days, and would always occur before burning or tingling, not afterward. At 13 days, you can be sure herpes isn't the cause. I doubt this is any STD at all. See a doctor if symptoms continue and/or you remain concerned. Good luck!
