Terconazole: This is a category c medication, but taken vaginally is unlikely to be absorbed in sufficient concentration to harm a fetus.  This safety assessment does not account for possible exposure of the fetus through direct transfer of terconazole from an irritated vagina by diffusion across amniotic membranes.  Sorry i cannot provide an easy yes or no response.

Terconazole: If you can wait, it would be nice to have you wait until the end of the first trimester.  I have treated patients with terconazole in the first trimester when they are severely inflamed from the yeast infection.

It is a pregnancy: category C drug and generally should not be prescribed in pregnancy,but one must weigh the risk/benefit ratio when using. Your provider may feel that the benefits of using this drug outweigh the risks to the fetus. I would not take this drug till you talk to the prescribing Dr. and be sure this is what he/she wants to do.

Class C: Terconazole is class c in pregnancy. Since terconazole is absorbed from the human vagina, it should not be used in the first trimester of pregnancy unless the physician considers it essential to the welfare of the patient.

Probably: I'm sorry I can't be more definite, but the second trimester is a relatively safe time to take any medication and there a no known issue with this class of medication.  Category C simply means there is very little information available, either good or bad.  If you have a proven yeast infection and symptoms are severe, it is a reasonable medication.

Vaginal cream: After insertion of vaginal cream some will come back out. This is expected. If you feel that you are bleeding then schedule a visit with your obgyn for testing.
