I used terconazole 3 when i was 8 weeks pregnant and am worried now based on some reviews saying it shouldn't be used in the first trimester. is it ok?

Class C: Terconazole is class c in pregnancy. Since terconazole is absorbed from the human vagina, it should not be used in the first trimester of pregnancy unless the physician considers it essential to the welfare of the patient.
