Calf  pain: Would check it out for blood clot , though may also be Baker's cyst rupture or tendonitis. But since the sequela of blood clot can be devastating would follow up with  doctor and get doppler  ultrasound today.  I have seen some very asymptomatic clots.

Several reasons: Anatomy:  left leg swelling may be from entrapment of the left iliac vein between overlying right iliac artery and L5 vertebral body.  The incidence of blood clots in left leg is higher, probably because of this.  Lymphedema may start or be more prominent in one leg,   cellulitis (infection) may result in swelling of that leg.  Previous deep venous thrombosis causes swelling in that leg.

Phlebitis & others: Pain and inflammation of the leg veins is called phlebitis. When this occurs it can be painful to the touch. The worrisome condition for which you need to get checked is a blood clot (deep venous thrombosis, dvt).  This can be checked with a duplex ultrasound of your leg veins to make sure there is flow that is not blocked by a clot in your vein. There are many reasons for swelling so get checked!

Many things: Varicose veins with chronic venous insufficiency, superficial thrombophlebitis, deep venous thrombosis, lymphedema, knee, hip, and/or ankle arthritis that prevents normal ambulation, obesity, prolonged standing, liver or kidney trouble, hypothyroidism, abnormal protein levels, all kinds of heart conditions that cause heart failure, the list is long and this doesn't cover everything by any means.

Yes: Most of the time, swelling in pregnancy is normal and a result of the increase in blood volume during pregnancy.  However swelling in one leg can be the result of a deep vein thrombosis (DVT) or a blood clot in the vein of the leg.  It is more concerning if there is redness, warmth or pain.  You should call your doctor if your swelling is just in one leg or has any other symptoms with it.

There are many different ways to treat this.

Water and gravity: Our bodies have a large amount of water  needed to keep organs functioning. The vessels that carry the fluids are not perfect and they can leak. Also, our tissues have a certain amount of water to stay moist and pliable.  Gravity works to pull the fluids down towards the feet even in healthy people.  It will worsen as the day progresses.  Treatment is compression socks/elevation. Avoid water pills.

Get eval: You may have some vascular or heart issues causing the fluid retention in your feet, and the tingling is a sign that your nerves are being irritated or pinched/inflamed in some way, thus causing your "parasthesias."  You would benefit form a good evaluation.  Best wishes.
